Yolisa Dyasi

Yolisa Dyasi is an experienced Tax Specialist and registered General Tax Practitioner (SA) with a distinguished career across key national regulatory bodies and leading organisations, including SARS, the Office of the Tax Ombud, and private practice. Her expertise lies in Tax Administration and SARS Operations.

She holds a B.Com Honours degree in Taxation from the University of Johannesburg and is committed to advancing the South African tax landscape. Yolisa advocates for stakeholder interests in engagements with SARS and is passionate about the education and development of tax practitioners.

Throughout her career, she has excelled in managing stakeholder relationships with SARS and leading a team of 15 specialist tax advisors. Her spotless dispute resolution record underscores her strength in navigating complex tax matters and reinforces her reputation as a trusted authority in Tax Administration.

In pursuit of growth, Yolisa transitioned into the Property Management sector and now serves as National Tax Manager for one of South Africa’s largest property management companies. In this role, she oversees tax advisory and compliance for over 2,500 commercial clients, leveraging her deep industry knowledge in a high-responsibility environment.

Yolisa is also committed to knowledge-sharing. She regularly contributes to CPD-accredited webinars, writes for tax journals, and shares insights through national and commercial media platforms. Her career is defined by excellence, integrity, and a dedication to the ongoing evolution of the tax profession in South Africa.
