Overview

Not only do you need to know how to calculate estate duty but income tax comes into play and, in some cases, VAT. Then there is the dreaded practical side of dealing with SARS to register the estate.
The aim of this video is to provide an overview of all the tax consequences that need to be accounted for and considered when the taxpayer dies.
