This video focuses on the installation and basic navigation of the new e@syFile Thin Client, Version 8. The session provides a practical overview of the core functionality required for the successful submission of EMP501 reconciliations via the updated platform.

- Overview of common technical issues (past and present) and practical solutions where applicable
- New features effective from August 2025:
- Alignment with the biennial submission requirements
- Single Database (DB) Export functionality

- Requesting EMPSA
- ETI Reinstatement: full re-submission process
Time permitting, the session concludes with a Q&A session, where current eFiling and e@syFile challenges are addressed, and practical solutions discussed.
