Government has recently indicated that 220 000 employees who are entitled to Temporary Employee / Employer Relief Scheme (TERS) benefits have not yet applied. This is definitely not because employers do not want to obtain the benefit for their employees. It is also not because all employers can afford to pay their own employees in full during this time.
