Thando is a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager in the BDO office in South Africa.
Thando has over 10 years’ experience in transfer pricing gained at BDO South Africa and previously PwC as well as EY.
Her extensive knowledge of transfer pricing includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Transfer pricing planning: analysing and resolving international and local transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises within South Africa and various African countries.
- Transfer pricing documentation: putting in place appropriate documentation to support client transfer pricing policy documents within South Africa and various African countries.
- Transfer pricing dispute resolution: assisting clients with the dispute resolution process such as preparation of responses to SARS, audit process and SARS negotiations.
Thando’s experience in specific sectors includes fast- moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive, oil and gas, telecommunications and media amongst others.
Thando has completed a B.Com Accounting degree and B.Com Honours in Accounting-with Tax Specialisation.
