Megan Stuart-Steer is a Senior Associate in the Tax practice at ENS. She specialises in general corporate tax, including corporate structuring and corporate funding arrangements, employee share incentive schemes and tax dispute resolution.
She has acted for clients in a number of industries, including retail, banking and financial services.
Megan’s experience includes drafting tax opinions in relation to various corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions (including large scale offshore acquisitions), as well as corporate funding arrangements. She has also advised on the tax and exchange control implications of various transactions involving cryptocurrencies.
In addition to the above, she regularly advises on the tax and exchange control implications of both local and international employee share incentive schemes, and has been involved in numerous tax dispute resolution matters across various tax types.
