Ronel Pienaar
Ronel Pienaar is a seasoned lecturer and human capital development specialist with a career rooted in education since 2001. She has taught at various higher education institutions, including UNISA, Midrand Graduate Institute, and Boston City Campus.
Her involvement with SAICA’s AT(SA) programme dates back to 2008, both as a presenter and as an academic contributor. She is a registered assessor and currently chairs the AT(SA) Academic, Monitoring and Qualifications Committee—one of SAICA’s governing bodies responsible for programme quality and oversight.
Beyond academics, Ronel applies her training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help students overcome personal and academic barriers. Her coaching approach fosters new habits and beliefs, supporting student success on multiple levels.
