Why is some SARS correspondence going to the tax practitioner and some to the taxpayer?
First double check contact detail loaded on the RAV01, not just on the tax returns.
• This is a known issue with notices not going to tax practitioners – it’s been escalated by Registered Controlling bodies at SARS.
• In the meantime, ask your clients to forward all correspondence they receive to you.
