When a Tax certificate does not pre-populate on an individuals tax return, such individual should capture the tax certificate on his return: Select YES for the question “Income reflected on an IRP5” and complete the number of IRP5’s applicable. Complete the tax certificate details under the heading “Employee Tax Certificate information”. When the above steps are done, the individual will be able to file his personal income tax return.
