Talitha Muade: Senior Manager of Operations
Talitha Muade was appointed as Senior Manager of Operations at the OTO from October 2014. She has more than 12 years’ experience in management and over four years in senior management at the OTO. She has extensive experience working for government departments and Chapter 9 institutions as well as experience in the private sector. Her passion lies in operations strategy, customer service strategy and staff empowerment.
She has held many and varied roles in sectors such as finance (ABSA), the petroleum industry (BP SA), and has held the positions of Deputy Manager Finance and Administration at the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), North-West, and Head of the Local Office at the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) Madibeng, as well as that of branch manager at the Doringkloof and Pretoria North branches of SARS.
Her academic background includes a BCom in Business Management and Industrial Psychology (University of the North-West), Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria), MBA in Operations and Decision Management (University of the North-West). She is currently studying LLB.
