Talitha Muade
OTO Senior Manager: Operations
Talitha Muade has been appointed as Senior Manager Operations at the OTO since October 2014. Talitha has more than 12 years’ experience in management and over seven years in senior management at the OTO. She has extensive experience working for government departments and Chapter 9 institutions as well as experience in the private sector. Her passion lies in operations strategy, customer service strategy and staff empowerment.
She has held many and varied roles in sectors such as finance (ABSA), the petroleum industry (BP SA), and has held the positions of Deputy Manager: Finance and Administration at the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), North-West. She was also Head of the Local Office at the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) Madibeng, as well as that of branch manager at the Doringkloof and Pretoria North branches of SARS.
Her academic background includes a BCom in Business Management and Industrial Psychology (North-West University), Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria), MBA: Operations and Decision Management (North-West University). She is currently busy with her LLB.

Payments and cancellations
- All payments must be made by EFT or by credit card, at least 3 working days before commencement of an event.
- Kindly note that should payment not been received 2 days after the event, legal action will be taken
- Proof of payment will be requested at registration if payment at that point in time has not been reflected on SAIT's bank account.
- Only written notice of cancellation will be recognised.
- Cancellation conditions:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 4 working days prior to the event no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 4 working days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Delegates who book and fail to attend will be liable for the full event fee.
- SAIT's liability in the case of an event being cancelled will be limited to a refund or credit of the event fee.
