Overview
This session provided a focused and practical deep dive into the objection phase of a tax dispute. It equipped practitioners with the technical and strategic skills that were required to draft persuasive, legally sound objections that complied fully with the Tax Administration Act (TAA) and materially enhanced prospects of success.
The session moved beyond theory, examined how objections were evaluated in practice, and highlighted the common pitfalls that led to dismissal.
