This webinar will focus on the installation and basic navigation of the new e@syFile Thin Client, Version 8. The session will provide a practical overview of the core functionality required for the successful submission of EMP501 reconciliations via the updated platform.

During this webinar, we will demonstrate and explain the following e@syFile features and processes:

• Installation of the e@syFile Thin Client
• Overview of core e@syFile functionality
• Common dos and don’ts when using e@syFile
• Interconnectivity between e@syFile and eFiling
• Overview of common technical issues (past and present) and practical solutions where applicable
• New features effective from August 2025:
  • Alignment with the biennial submission requirements
  • Single Database (DB) Export functionality
  • Single Database (DB) Import functionality
  • Requesting EMPSA
  • ETI Reinstatement: full re-submission process

Time permitting, the session will conclude with a Q&A session, where current eFiling and e@syFile challenges will be addressed, and practical solutions discussed.
