Administration and Tax Assistant (Remote - ideally Westville, KZN, but not essential)

Job Description:

Are you an organized, detail-driven individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for admin and tax-related tasks? If so, we want you.

Your Role:

  • Client communication & admin support
  • Managing workflow planners & company secretarial tasks
  • Handling personal income tax returns & SARS correspondence
  • Onboarding clients to cloud-based platforms
  • Going the extra mile to ensure top-notch service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (an over-communicator is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and tax-related platforms (GreatSoft or similar, SAGE Online Accounting or similar, DEXT or similar and eFiling)
  • A cheerful, service-driven attitude with a hunger to learn
  • The ability to Google solutions before asking
