Job Description:
Are you an organized, detail-driven individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for admin and tax-related tasks? If so, we want you.
Your Role:
- Client communication & admin support
- Managing workflow planners & company secretarial tasks
- Handling personal income tax returns & SARS correspondence
- Onboarding clients to cloud-based platforms
- Going the extra mile to ensure top-notch service
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication (an over-communicator is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and tax-related platforms (GreatSoft or similar, SAGE Online Accounting or similar, DEXT or similar and eFiling)
- A cheerful, service-driven attitude with a hunger to learn
- The ability to Google solutions before asking
