Tax professionals often assist clients in rectifying errors on tax returns. However, in cases where corrections are no longer available or sufficient, a Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP) application may be the only viable option. Are you familiar with the full set of requirements for a valid VDP application? Do you know how to leverage relevant case law in support of your submission?
Making the correct decision at the right time and navigating the process efficiently can be complex. In this webinar, Adv. Christel van Wyk unpacks the steps and best practices for handling SARS corrections and VDP applications. Attendees will benefit from insights into recent case law, practical examples, and guidance that can help achieve favourable outcomes with SARS.
