DESCRIPTION:The session provided practical guidance on using SARS eFiling\, covering registration\, biometric and two-factor authentication\, password requirements and profile setup. Practitioners were taken through portfolio types\, user invitations\, rights groups and the management of taxpayers and tax types\, including those with multiple tax numbers. The activation of tax directives and the simplified registration process for additional tax products were demonstrated. Common practitioner issues were addressed\, including duplicate tax reference numbers\, unmerged entity details\, registered representative activation\, practitioner status confirmation and tax type transfer failures. SARS support channels were also outlined.
